Coast & Southern by Kristin Sheehan is a design firm that focuses on new construction, renovations, and design. For each of our clients, we handle all the details from helping to purchase your new home, staging and consulting at the home for the best presentation to take it to market, or conceptualizing a refresh for your existing home. Our design team aims to inspire homeowners to envision spaces that will withstand the test of time and truly reflect their authentic lifestyle. Located in North Atlanta, we create seamless designs and beautiful spaces throughout every corner of your home to maximize value, boost a sale, or simply enjoy your home.
Every project is different and not every home is made in a box! It simply begins with a phone call to get an idea of what the client is looking to accomplish, and we will go from there with a customized plan. There is an initial minimum concept fee of $3500 which includes reserving time with Kristin to fully evaluate the project, the plan, and goes towards the project fee. For real estate clientele, the amount not used will be refunded in the proceeds from compensation at closing. Due to experience and schedule, we do not take on anything under the minimum concept fee. Guaranteed you will love your improved home, I’ve had many that I have staged that said “if it looked like this the whole time, I would have maybe stayed!” It is a very minimal investment for some simple rules of design to elevate your living.

If you’re considering a move, a home redesign, our design team can help refresh your home with new appliances, furniture, decor and minor construction updates for a single space or your entire home. We help homeowners throughout the year update and refresh their home for sale, for the seasons, or for major lifestyle milestones you want to celebrate, such as making a room for the grandchildren, upcoming wedding or updating your home when the kids leave the nest. Our design team can help properly arrange furnishings, update art and accessories, and bring in the layers and details that make your home a true reflection of your family.

One of the most unique aspects of the Coast & Southern design experience is principal designer Kristin Sheehan’s experience buying and selling homes and what aspects of that home could be improved and maximized. Kristin has a vision for everything that crosses her path and can help you select the perfect home for your family, then bring that home up to date with exactly the design spaces and elements to create a home that authentically represents you. Every real estate client who has signed a contract for buying or selling their home receives a complimentary two-hour design consultation with Kristin Sheehan.
