Coast & Southern came out of the unique travels, experiences, and insights that Kristin Sheehan has gained over the years while living and working throughout Georgia. Her experience in real estate has afforded her the opportunity to be hired to redesign and refresh homes both at the sale of a home and upon purchasing. But what makes the firm truly unique is Kristin’s ability to blend Georgia lifestyle, rustic homes, equestrian landscapes, and classic cars into an authentic blend that people throughout the state come to for inspiration.
Kristin’s cottage in the mountains of Georgia services as the Warehouse for all things design, which her clientele can rent or come to see for inspiration. Her clients have come to trust her over the years for help selecting colors, furniture, decor, and to create a unique aesthetic for their home.
Coast & Southern was born out of a passion for design, home and the Georgia lifestyle, creating authentic, rustic and livable spaces that come alive through texture and decor that are selected uniquely for each client.
What started as a simple way to serve her clients by simply purchasing or selling their home, as turned into a inspiration and lifestyle starting point for her clients in Southeast Georgia to help owners truly draw out a home that her clients will love.

Kristin Sheehan is the Founder and Principal Designer of Coast & Southern, a lifestyle brand providing design services, home goods, and real estate services. Coast & Southern was born out of Kristin’s love for design, a passion for Georgia lifestyle, and a desire to create authentic environments for families.
Along with her many years of experience in interior design, Kristin Sheehan also served as a realtor for Georgia and South Carolina, giving her unmatched experience and skill sets in both the design and real estate industries. Her experience with design in Georgia, the real estate industry, the equestrian lifestyle, and her husband’s love of restoring classic cars, is what gives Coast & Southern the lifestyle appeal that so many homeowners love in Georgia.
